Man with a cap

A man and his wife came for a session. During the husbands portrait session an Angel came and brought in a spirit of an older man. This man, who had crossed over, said he was the father figure. I began to draw the portrait and then said,
“ There is an older man here who is wearing a blue cap and overalls, he’s balding and has grey hair. He is like a father figure to you and he’s showing me roses with thorns on them.....” The man said that his father had passed away and that they had some trouble in their relationship. He said that he had given his dad that cap before he died. And to his knowledge his dad had never worn it until now. This was very touching for all of us.

Wizard of Oz

A nice woman sat down for her reading and a few of her Guides and Angels came too. They kept telling me that the “Wizard of Oz” was her all-time favorite movie. I thought, oh my goodness I cant say that. I thought I was making something up. But later I asked timidly “Do you like the Wizard of Oz?” She gasped and said, "Yes, it’s my all-time favorite movie.”

I was shocked and could have kicked myself. I thought I should have just listened to her Guides and Angels and said it the way they told me because it would have had more impact. Another lesson in not censoring information. What ever information comes just tell the person because you never know what will have a great truth for them.

Nightingale

A lady was getting a portrait and her Guides came in but were very quiet and didn't say anything at first. So I told the lady, “I'm not getting any messages from your Guides. They're just standing there.” So I asked her to relax and take a deep breath which might allow her guides energy to come through. It worked and her guides were able to give a message. They simply showed me an image of a bird. I just knew it was a nightingale. It made me think of a famous nurse named Florence Nightingale. So I said, “They're showing me a nightingale. Are you a nurse?” She gasped and said, “Yes , I am a nurse.” I said, “This is the only information your guides are giving me. They just wanted to give you this little message so that you would know and believe that this is real and they are with you.”

Bubble of protection

A woman sat down quietly and I explained to her about the Soul Portrait session. Then I began to draw. I wasn't getting anything from her and thought, “Boy I must be having an off day.” I kept trying and waiting for something but I couldn't even get an impression of her angels. Half way through the session I said to her. “I feel like I'm hitting a brick wall. I'm hardly getting anything.” She thought for a second and said, “Oh I am so sorry I was shielding myself and didn't realize it.” She went on to say that she worked in a corporate environment which was very unsettling for her and she had to put up a protective energy bubble around herself. She also said that she has to do this on a daily basis and didn't realize she was still in protective mode.

I asked her to take a deep breath and let down her guard so I could see. It was amazing, everything came clear. Her angels were standing right there the whole time but I couldn't see them through that shield she had surrounding her. It was also interesting that her angels were not able to give her all the loving guidance that they wanted because they also had a hard time penetrating her shield. It just goes to show you that shielding yourself does work but it could work so well that you're also keeping out the good stuff that you do want. It's ok to protect yourself but give the good energy and wisdom permission to flow through your
shield to you.

A lot of energy

I drew a portrait for a lady at the very first fair I ever attended. Immediately when we started I felt this surge of energy swirling around us. It felt almost like huge, soft, electricity. I found myself feeling very upbeat and giddy and so was she. I drew the portrait and gave her the insights I had received but what was most impressive was this huge energy ball surrounding us. I said, "I am feeling A LOT of energy from you.” and she said, “I thought that was coming from you.” We both were laughing giddily. To this day I don’t know if it was her or me or both of us, but I do know that God’s energy was in there for sure.

Sensing illness

I have also been able to sense illness or imbalances in some people during their session. Most of the time it is corroborated by the person. I’ll say something like, “Your having some problem with your right knee.” or “You've got an energy imbalance on your left side of your stomach.” and the person will say “Oh yeah. I hurt my knee when I was younger and it didn't completely heal.” or “Yes my side has been hurting me for a month and the Dr. says there's nothing wrong.” Occasionally I will get insights into the cause and a possible cure or resolution. This kind of thing doesn't happen to me very often.

Angel hands on your shoulders

Some Guardian Angels put their hands on the person’s shoulders during the portrait session. Many of them even want to be drawn in the portrait so that the person can see them and remember. I tell the person that the Angel’s hands are touching them. Sometimes they feel a tingling sensation on their shoulders or they may just feel a peaceful, relaxed feeling.

Guides and Angels

People ask "What's the difference between a Guide and an Angel." Well, I'm not an expert on this but I do see both. They just seem to have different vibrations to me. Angels seem to have a very pure light quality. I've heard it’s because they are closer to God. And guides are light and wise too but seem to be a little closer to us. Some even say that guides are people who have crossed over but want to assist those still on earth. They help us from a higher perspective and guide us through life.

By the way we all have many guides and angels with us at all times. From our birth we are watched over and guided by divine Angels and Guides. Some of our Guides will leave us at the appropriate times and new ones will come in to help us in new phases of our lives. We are never alone and if we all could just open up to see our Guides and Angels we would see how crowded this world really is. And also know how much we are loved and cared for.

When I started I was not seeing the Angels, Guides and people’s relatives. I could only perceive the energy and colors and give my own intuitive insights. I had to release some fears and learn to trust more. Then gradually I started to see the Angels and also started to receive messages from them. I had to practice this intuitive skill. I believe this skill was always there but I wasn't using it. Over the years I would have little experiences where I would call someone at the exact moment they were thinking of calling me. Or I would have a vivid dream that someone was sick or needed my help and when I called them I found it was true. I think everyone has similar experiences, don’t they? The only thing with me is that I started to really pay attention to these experiences. Then I started to practice and do research. Eventually it got more clear and easier for me. It’s just as natural as walking. We are born not being able to walk but we have the potential. Then we get stronger and practice until it’s so natural that we don’t have to think about walking anymore. It’s the same with intuition or psychic abilities. They are there and we have the potential but must utilize and practice them in order to get better.
